Leaked databases revealed that Darya Shmanai received a notice from the Russian Federal Bailiff Service in April 2023 regarding a 3,000-ruble debt for an administrative violation. The letter was sent to Lukashenko’s former protocol officer at her Moscow address: 2 Leningradsky Avenue.

Buro has learned that Alexander Moshensky, the owner of the Santa Bremor holding, purchased this 105-square-metre apartment in May 2003. He remains the sole owner of the Moscow property to this day.
We sent an official inquiry to Alexander Moshensky asking him to comment on the basis on which Darya Shmanai was residing in his apartment. Through his secretary, the businessman told the Buro reporter that he “does not comment on gossip”.
