The First Person’s Foundation is run by members of Iryna Abelskaia’s family and inner circle

Fond Pervogo (The First Person’s Foundation) does not disclose its financial information, and its annual reports are not available on the Ministry of Justice’s website. Even the publicly available documents do not identify the foundation’s director. The entity’s activities also remain a mystery. Thanks to CyberPartisans, however, Buro was able to determine that people in Iryna Abelskaia’s inner circle, including the chief physician of the Republican Hospital under Lukashenko’s Property Management Directorate and Nikolai Lukashenko’s mother, are directly involved with the foundation.

Aleksandr Lukashenko established Fond Pervogo in October 2022. In October 2023, he said the foundation should "pool the money of those who care" and use it to help people in need. The official reason given for creating the foundation was to clean up the former non-governmental and non-profit sectors. In 2020, they had attempted to "stir up trouble," according to Lukashenko. Therefore, as Lukashenko explained, the decision was made to establish the foundation under his auspices so that people would feel comfortable participating in charitable activities.

 

The foundation is registered at the following address: 15 Chyrvonaarmeiskaya Street, Minsk. Lukashenko's new residence is located at the same address in the center of Minsk. It features a spa, a swimming pool, a conference room, a private office, and a bedroom.

Dina Faisal el-Diefi is among the foundation’s staff. She balances her work with the foundation with her position at the Republican Hospital under Lukashenko’s Property Management Directorate, which Abelskaia heads. Dina el-Diefi has been seen accompanying her boss to various events on numerous occasions. She is also Dmitri Abelski’s partner. Dmitri is the eldest son of Iryna Abelskaia.

 

Dina and Dmitri have a son together. They’re most likely already married. Buro noticed a large wedding ring on Dmitri’s left ring finger.

Dina Faisal el-Diefi is originally from Kuwait, and her father has ties to the Palestinian community in Belarus. Among Muslims, it is acceptable to wear a wedding ring on the left hand’s ring finger.

 

Another employee of the foundation is Natallia Ivanova, née Dudarava. The documents list her not only as a worker at Fond Pervogo, but also as a staff member of the Minsk International Gymnasium and the Gorizonty Znaniy management company.

 

Abelskaia founded the Minsk International Gymnasium, which was later taken over by the company Gorizonty Znaniy. Ivanova was also a co-founder of Marketvision, which ran Gorizonty Znaniy for a time. Currently, information about the owners of the Minsk International Gymnasium and Gorizonty Znaniy is classified.

 

As it turns out, the mysterious Fond Pervogo, whose activities in Belarus remain largely unknown, is linked to the inner circle of Iryna Abelskaia, the mother of Nikolai Lukashenko. Could the “needy” people the foundation is supposed to help actually be Iryna Abelskaia’s family?
